I grew up in a broken home. I had no example of what a kingdom wife looks like, acts like, or how to even begin to cover and set the atmosphere in my home. I did not know my worth as a wife!
When I first got married, I did not feel equipped in my marriage. Our communication was off, we did not understand each other's love language and I had a totally negative attitude about submitting to my husband.

I felt frustrated, inadequate, and powerless. I kept feeling unworthy of being a wife.
I was determined to break the generational curse of divorce in my bloodline. So I started studying wives in the Bible.

Ester was the example wife that helped me the most with how she prayed and how she addressed her husband and how she saved her family and nation. Ester showed me the position of a kingdom wife and how powerful prayer is.

THEN I STARTED PRAYING AND GOD GAVE ME INSTRUCTION...
I read the 5 Love Language book with my husband and we got crystal clear on how to love each other.
I wrote a vision board of what I wanted to look like as a kingdom wife. I spoke to other new wives and we started to encourage each other.
I learned in my journey that the trick of the enemy was to make me think that I was weak and unimportant in my marriage so I wouldn’t know how powerful the covenant of marriage is and how blessed marriage is especially when done God’s way!

I learned that prayer has power and when I pray my marriage became better and I gained confidence in my ability to be a kingdom wife to my husband. I learned that even though I had no formal training in being a wife, that I can gain on-the-job experience when I looked to other kingdom wives of the Bible.
As I was communicating with other wives about how I was feeling I learned that other wives felt the same way I did. So I thought about the scripture of when two or more are gathered together in Jesus' name he is in the mist.
So I thought if myself and other wives pray for each other and uplift each other on this journey of being a wife then God will be in the mist and help give us instructions on how to be a Godly wife.

Each month a wife would have a praise report on how they have changed for the better and their thought process about being a kingdom wife. They saw blessings in their marriage and in themselves that they never saw before.
So I realized once we tap into our power of prayer and learning how to fight in the spirit then it will manifest in our marriages.
We as kingdom wives are the family’s secret weapon and the enemy does not want us to know that.
WE HAVE VICTORY OVER OUR MARIAGE, WE ARE MIGHTY WIVES IN BATTLE AND HOW WE FIGHT IS THROUGH PRAYER!
How do we win in battle you ask? By being a Warring Wife who never gives up or gives in to the tactics of the enemy!
